This is an older chart showing the basic organizational structure of Kaiser entities, including the for profit Permanente Medical Groups.
The names change frequently and various lower departments are reorganized and people moved around to keep them from knowing what exactly what is going on.  Some of the lower departments also have frequent name changes.  The basic structure does not change.
