Letter to Jupirena Stein from Sham Sahib of California Department of Managed Health Care suggesting that she contact CMS to file a complaint because DMHC ignored the Medicare Fraud and went out of their way to make her believe that Medicare was her primary insurance. Thus DMHC worked with Kaiser to cover up this liability issue of defrauding the United States Government Medicare Division.
